Product Introduction
FR knitted stretch fabric developed by our company serves as a lining for mattresses, sofas, and seats, effectively stopping the spread of open fire. This non-toxic, environmentally friendly fabric requires no post-treatment and maintains its fire performance over time.
Made from cotton fibers woven with flame retardant chemical fiber covering, it features elastic contraction for versatile wrapping within a certain range, making it highly adaptable to sponge mattresses and other products. Its primary advantage is preventing open flame combustion without producing molten droplets, ensuring personal safety. Products using this fabric can pass U.S. CFR-1633 and British Standard BS-5852 fire tests.
Special Features
1) It has a lovely creamy white colour, and it feels so soft and smooth to the touch. It's also really breathable.
2) It's made from natural flame-retardant fibre and cotton fibre, so you can be confident it won't melt when it catches fire. Plus, it'll keep you safe and sound for much longer because of its awesome flame-retardant properties.
3, When burned, it creates a protective layer full of carbon. This layer is really compact, and it doesn't release much carbon monoxide or carbon dioxide. It only produces a tiny bit of smoke, and it's non-toxic!
